this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of META ADS AT SCALE and our respective assigns, successors, heirs, and legal representatives. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all rights and obligations under this Agreement may be freely assigned by META ADS AT SCALE to any affiliated entity or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, and any dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration in California. If any provision of this agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
